Who's Burden of Proof?

Humans in their daily lives regularly come into contact with putative
artifacts(creations of human intelligence). When they encounter objects that
have certain recognizable characteristics of complexity, specified
functionality, novelty, etc., they invariably infer that the object is a
product of an intelligent designer. These human designs, however, pall in
comparison to those found in nature. It is therefore the most reasonable
inference about natural designs that they are the product of an intelligent
desiger.

The burden of proof that there is no designer should fall on those who
reject this inference.
