Sure _ & you can also argue that there were originally two blind men
instead of one in Mk.10:46-52 so that it agrees with Mt.20:29-34. Anything
can be harmonized with anything in this way, at the cost of rewriting the
Bible.
Mt's attribution to Jeremiah may be due to a memories of the potter of
Jer.18:1-11 & the field of Jer.32:1-15, but there is no text in Jeremiah that
actually corresponds to Mt.27:10. OTOH Mt.27:9 clearly rwefers to
Zech.11:12-13.
