Hi Paul. You know that I love debating you, buddy. My selfish
motives are abundant publicity for prophetic narrative, sharpening
my mind, learning some things from you, etc. etc. etc.

This time you have far outdone yourself!!!

As I have stated before, I take objections to prophetic narrative
one at a time. I like to think of that as parsing. So, let's parse
your reply :) - One at a time

Let me expound on my reason for taking things one at a time. It
is far too easy to gloss over things. If you try to tackle ten
arguments at once, you easily lose sight of the forest for the
    trees!!

But there is free will, Paul. I don't have to tackle your
objections 10 at a time if I don't want to!!

Until more people take the side of prophetic narrative, your
objections are just going to have to wait their turn!!
(kind of like when I try to see a dentist).

Plus, just one objection can easily provide abundant conversation.
And maybe, after discussing just one objection, we will realize
that our presuppositions are totally different!! And haggling over
details would only be a waste of our time. I do respect you, Paul.
At that point, I would more than happy to agree to disagree.

    >You are suggesting that God hid the teachings of modern science in Gen 1
    and
    >did not reveal those truths to anyone until the late 18th century

At least we are on the same page to begin. That's a good start.
This is exactly what I am suggesting, Paul. I have read the OT. I
do have an idea of what prophecy is. You don't fully understand
    prophecy until it is fulfilled!!

    More later, Jim
