    The single book requested, perhaps, is forthcoming this year from Eerdmans.
    Edited by KSU geologist Keith Miller, it is called "Perspectives on an
    Evolving Creation." Aimed at the general reader, it covers history,
    theology, and the various evolutionary sciences--geology, anthropology,
