Scott,

The YECs put out books on dinosaurs because their perspective on them is
so radically different than the standard scientific perspective. But for
Christians who don't have the YEC limitations, a book on dinosaurs
wouldn't need to be specially made for the Christian community any more
than a book on lions and tigers. With dinosaurs there are numerous
secular books for all ages. The only concern you might have is what your
particular church does not want them to mention. There are many secular
children's books on dinosaurs that would not mention evolution, for
example. In fact, I suspect that you could even find children's books on
dinosaurs that do not mention either evolution or millions of years. The
value then of selling that particular book at your church would be in
what it did not say rather than in what it did.
