Yes, that would be nice. I was pleased last Sunday when the guest
preacher at my church did that very thing by mentioning Francis
Collins. The sermon centered on the example of Daniel who was able to
be both fully engaged with his surrounding pagan culture while also
distinctly uncompromising. The point was made that Daniel devoted
himself to education (which included Babylonian art and literature as
well as the book of Moses), implying that we also should be experts in
arts in science, not just the bible.
Of course, he didn't mention that Collins is an EC, but at least its a start!
