brothers, these things ought not to be so.
John, I'm sure nobody at RTB claims to be putting "ideology ahead of
truth" --you're shooting from the hip here. Maybe out of anger, even
justified anger perhaps, but even that doesn't warrant this response.
James, I for one don't mind such invitations --so in that respect John
does not speak for ASA (or at least not this ASA member). And for your
part, if you have such a negative reaction to "Perspectives on an
Evolving Creation", then I want to hear more. I've read the work, and
personally know the editor. His integrity is not in question for me,
and I don't think you really meant your comment about Liars for this or
that... A liar is a liar no matter what cause they claim.
Nevertheless if you have questions about any of the material, I do want
to discuss it in our common quest for Truth.
Please try to keep this above the flaming that is such common fair at
every other internet site. It's too easy on email to say things we
would never say face to face in personal meetings with the same people.
I know this from my own unfortunate experiences.
