Of course every Genesis model seems to have some problems. Two I note from
yours are

1)
Gen 4:19 Lamech married two women, one named Adah and the other Zillah. 20 Adah
gave birth to Jabal; he was the father of those who live in tents and raise
livestock. 21 His brother's name was Jubal; he was the father of all who play
the harp and flute.

Jubal was a descendent of Adam, born after ~6000 years ago. But Glenn has
repeatedly noted that bone flutes dating ~1 million years ago have been found.

Getting the ark to its presumed landing site (Jabel Judi or "the mountains of
Ararat") Both sites are upstream from the presumed point of embarkation. I
don't think poling works, even for the smaller craft that would be needed to
transport only the animals found in the garden.

I find your model more plausible than Glenn's, because I have a difficult time
rationalizing the gigantic gaps in genealogies necessary for Glenn's scenario.
But (as I am sure you agree) your model could use some refinement.
