Yes I will agree with that. Man has had a negative effect on creation as a
result of sin.
But like you said, it is indirect, not from the fall itself, but from man's
behavior. There is no question that our encroachment on habitats has led to
destruction of parts of creation. I dont know if this will ever be
restored, maybe it will. I would even go so far to say that pretty much
every affliction that we have is attributable to our behavior and
lifestyles.
We were created to tend a garden while being in a close relationship with
God. After the fall, we had to work harder for the soil to produce, and
well, things just went downhilll from there.
But, I dont think that the Bible is about the restoration or redemption of
creation, it is about the redemption of Man through the second Adam, Jesus
Christ.
