I am the first to agree with C.S. Lewis that the sins of the flesh are
nothing in comparison to the sin of pride. All Christians are
struggling with at least one sin---otherwise, how would "we are all
sinners" make sense. The question is if a homosexual considers her/his
actions sinful. That is the crux of the matter----all else would lead to
confusion.

Since I know a good many of these persons, I have to differ. Two of them
are involved in Christian ministry; one as a pastor of a Denver church.
I have worshipped at a Metropolitan church in Austin with my daughter
and
her partner; there are many many Christians who do not fit your pattern.
As a "liberal," I do hold Adam and Eve seriously, but not literally.
