    Some on this listserve may be interested in reading this article from
    Renssellaer Polytechnic Institute.

    This is a refutation of the idea that Noah's flood was caused by a rapid
    infilling of the Black Sea by the Mediterranean about 10000 years ago. The
    filling was much more gradual.

    connected with the Black Sea event?
