The issues raised by the MWH seem to me no different from those raised by current knowledge about the world. The issue of a version of Glenn getting saved in one universe but not another seems no different from the problem of the earthly version of Glenn getting saved but the earthly version of Joe Pagan not getting saved. If you believe that God selects some to save but not others; that he takes whomever does the right thing; that he saves everybody; etc., the fact that the MWH postulates that there are a lot more people, some physically identical, to sort out does not seem to change it.
Likewise, the enormity of the multiverse should pose no more challenge to God than the enormity of the universe relative to the solar system.
