This site has all of the drafts of the Science Standards beginning with the original 1995 standards, then the various drafts which led up to the approved 1999 standards. Then there is also the 2001 science standards. This web site is critical of how the 1999 standards were arrived at. Never-the-less, a look at the 1999 standards will show that while Evolution was devaluated it was not fully eliminated from the standards as the media and panicked evolutionary propaganda machines claimed.
