George, in an earlier post, noted that it is essentially impossible to
develop a Trinitarian process theology. By "revising" terminology, one
can come up with virtually anything. At the extreme, one may argue with
the Hindus that all is maya, illusion.
For the sake of accuracy I should note that I didn't say that
developing an adequate process doctrine of the Trinity is "impossible."
There are, however, basic difficulties for such a project & AFAIK no one
has solved them. Joseph Bracken S.J. is one process theologian who has
tried to do this. His attempt & the difficulties here are discussed in
Ted Peters' _God as Trinity_ , which I recommend to everyone as a good
survey of modern trinitarian thought with treatment of relevant
scientific issues.
