For Biology: how about "Teaching Science in a Climate of Controversy" from
ASA, P.O.Box 668, Ipswich, MA 01938-9980 (Questioning Evolution and
critically evaluating the evidence for high school teachers)

For the Age of the earth and Genesis: Check with Reasons to
Believe,P.O.Box 5978, Pasadena, CA 91117, a book by Dr. Hugh Ross,
"Creation and Time"(?) should be helpful.
