I had wished that someone would bring up the Kline paper with a view to
a thorough discussion by the group. As Editor of PSCF I know this will be
a tough read for many of us. I heard Meridith Kline give the gist of this
article several times over the years in our church adult S.S. I think that
it offers an "orthodox and scholarly" handle on early Genesis that does
not discount scripture. I wish that all of you would drag out your
copy of the March issue and a theological dictionary or two and start reading.
Get your preacher involved. I'd like to nominate Bill Hamilton as the
discussion leader on this one. Perhaps he would be willing to kick things
off next week with a short outline. Then we can go at it.

I will try to get the article downloaded on the ASA Web Site. Lyn Berg
our managing editor will seek to send it to Terry Gray (Yo Terry) and I
hope he can take it from there to the web site.
