[asa] Nothing Buttery

Can any of you help me track down the origin of the term "Nothing Buttery"? I always thought it came from Donal MacKay and George Marsden seems to imply the same in his book "The Outrageous Idea of Christian Scholarship" on page 75. But someone else with whom I am working claims that CS Lewis coined that term. I don't know of a reference for that. Do any of you know whether this should be properly attributed to Lewis rather than MacKay? Or someone else?

Thanks for your help.

Randy
