Terry,
Let's see if I can summarize your long argument. There are gaps in the
evolutionary sequence, whether of fossils or of genetic patterns, but
they are steadily being filled by scientific discoveries. However, not
all the gaps will ever be filled. This does not conflict with your
theological/metaphysical beliefs.

In contrast, Cameron's approach requires that he will not accept TE-EC
until all the gaps are filled, but the ID he adheres to consists of
nothing but gaps which he claims are filled by design, which has no
evidence beyond /ipse dixit/. It ignores the human tendency to posit
pattern, as in the canals of Mars.
