As some of you are aware, several members of this list are participating in
a discussion on evolution and original sin on my blog. The discussion
centers around George Murphy's 2006 PSCF article Roads to Paradise and
Perdition: Christ, Evolution, and Original
Sin<http://www.asa3.org/ASA/PSCF/2006/PSCF6-06Murphy.pdf>and includes
responses by ASA members Terry Gray and Denis Lamoureux, as
well as David Congdon, a PhD theology student from Princeton. Current posts
include:

1. Introduction
<http://evanevodialogue.blogspot.com/2008/10/evolution-and-original-sin-series.html>
2. George's summary<http://evanevodialogue.blogspot.com/2008/10/christ-evolution-and-original-sin-brief.html>of
his PSCF article
3. Terry's response<http://evanevodialogue.blogspot.com/2008/11/that-old-time-theology-revisited.html>
4. Denis's response<http://evanevodialogue.blogspot.com/2008/11/challenging-and-reshaping-historical.html>
5. David Congdon's
response<http://evanevodialogue.blogspot.com/2008/11/further-reflections-on-nature-of-sin.html>
6. George's reply

George's reply part#2 will be published tomorrow and then post#8 (to be
published next week) will include George's answers to reader's questions.

thanks,
