Thanks for fixing the link. Just to clarify what I meant by CT's
progressiveness: I did not mean the discussion of evolution & faith (they
have been opening up that conversation for some time - and taking some heat
for it) - it was the fact that they have an atheist reviewing a book of this
nature. I suspect many will take this as further evidence that they have
crossed the line (ie. outside of "Evangelical Conviction" as their motto
states).

That is probably true. It is more a reaction than a review - which seems
like a pretty common practice these days.

Actually, it is not the doctrine of the Fall that is empirically obvious,
but the doctrine of original sin - ie. that we are all sinners. That
everyone is a sinner from birth is clear; how we as humanity got to this
state is not necessarily that clear. George Murphy's article "Roads to

is relevant here. He uses the metaphor "Lost in the Woods".
