RE: [asa] Lousiana Coalition for Science formed to fight Creationist bill

I would assume this will be a First Amendment challenge at some point.
Perhaps nothing will take place until a school board elects to implement
their new freedom and introduce ID into their local science classrooms. The
Dover case was more offensive since they mandated teachers to make a pro-ID
statement to their science classes. My knowledge of law is very weak,
however.

Anyone more familiar with law think this will be a big legal case in the
near future?

Update:

The Louisiana bill that will allow ID and Creation science into science
classrooms has passed both the House and Senate. It is a given that
Governor Jindal will sign it into law.

Update to the Louisiana ID and Creation Science in school state
governmental
legislation.

The following YouTube video is entitled: "[Governor] Jindal Wants
Intelligent Design Taught in Schools"
He argues for allowing school boards to make their own decisions
regarding
the teaching of ID in science classes.

Do you have the web address for the bill? I am not sure what to google,
and I would like to see what A, B, and C.1-7 say.
