priority will be to calculate the odds of a new universe appearing from
a previous one."

As if there were any hope or possibility for calculating such odds...
I'm sure Dembski would also like to get in there with his calculated
odds, too. I don't see how you can calculate odds without knowing all
possible outcomes and their probability.
