Of possible interest: John Stackhouse's book "Humble Apologetics" is an
excellent application of critical realism to apologetics (
http://tinyurl.com/2rhrjb). It only touches on faith-science issues briefly
in passing, but is more of a very helpful (IMHO) discussion on the nature of
faith, certainty, and reason.
