[asa] Definitions: what exactly is open theology

Folks,

My background is more in classical and traditional reformed theology and I am not sure exactly what open theology is and how it differences from process theology. I gather process theology changes the definition of God enough to generally fall outside orthodox theology, but is that also true of open theology?
