The organization is a faculty/staff branch of Campus Crusade for
Christ, which as far as I know has no official stance on creation but
tends to be sympathetic to young earth and antievolutionary stuff.
This probably varies a lot with the staff at a given institution.

Phil Bishop is active with the chapter here on campus. His expertise
is in exercise physiology. He's inclined to favor ID and disfavor
evolution, but I don't think he'd object if I sent in an abstract.
Being unemployed, I'm not too sure what I should attempt to attend
this year.
