RE: [asa] (evolutionist preachers) Discovery Institute against harmonizing?

I will also add that there are some inroads of TE evangelism being made into
the evangelical church indirectly through political avenues by conservative
political commentators like Charles Krauthammer, George Will and Larry
Arnhart who are all striving to help the church find relevance as we are,
but unfortunately their efforts have already been met by a strong rejoinder
in this book by John West and promoted by ID.

This just proves my point again that for TE to ever be relevant in the
evangelical church, then first and foremost we need a new theology to allow
the church to consider it.

Thanks

John

Dear John:

Now where have I heard this before! Oh yes, it's what I was told 60
years ago when I announced that
I was headed to college to study geology instead of the Philadelphia
School of the Bible to train for
missionary service like many of my peers.

Oh sure, I've have and continue to struggle. That's why we have a
brain. Happily I ran into cultural
mandate thinking and was able to train students for <40 years to think
and act.
