Something like it would be hard to resist for a strong YEC-er. I can't find any verses that might
indicate an avenue of interpretation for such, but I thought I read somewhere for this very argument
(New World salvation) that some time between death and resurrection there is a loosely unaccounted
time in one of the books that could be stretched into some kind of appearances in the New World
similar to those before the the Apostles et al.
