I grew up in Ethiopia where monkeys were not that uncommon and in some
places very common. Depending upon the zoo I even question keeping some
of the primate species and dolphins in captivity. Maybe some of modern
zoos with huge enclosures etc are ok but not something like the zoos I
first remember seeing in about 1952/53.

If Burgy succeeds in inventing time extraction technology, and we
extract a small Neanderthal infant from -- say 350K years ago, how low a
probability for them possessing IOG would we want to have before
considering them an animal? For me at least, well below 1%.
