My double bonus questions for Janice:

1. Do you accept that the both the cap and trade of sulfur dioxide and the
Montreal protocol banning CFCs are proven, successful, mitigations?

2. Do you accept that the time frame in which both of these were implemented
(the 1990s) did not mark a period of economic collapse in the U.S.?

3. Do you accept that because of Title IV cap and trade, SO2 went down 3
million tons to 5 million tons below 1980 levels? (Source: EPA)

4. Do you accept since Montreal the controlled CFCs have ceased the increase
observed before about 1992 and have either leveled off or are in decline?
(Source: Montzka et al., 1999)

5. Do you accept that this resulted in the levelling off of the Annual
Greenhouse Gas Index for these gases while the AGGI for CO2 has increased
21.5% since 1990? (Source: NOAA) Note: AGGI is a measure in Watts per
square meter of the amount of the radiative forcing a given GHG has.
