[asa] New Executive Director's Blog

Hi everyone,

Don't know if Randy's mentioned it yet here (I am a bit behind in
reading the list), but he's started a blog version of the Executive
Director's Corner.

There's a place for Comments. We're not sure how it's going to work
(technically speaking), but this is certainly a direction that we
want to go. He's already invited some discussion with some
provocative leading questions.
