The controversy over Darwin and Hitler is making the rounds. Got the below on
yet another list. This guy actually went through the book looking for
Darwinian references and found the suggestive remarks below.
"Maybe Darwin did not motivate Hitler per se but I think Darwin was
implied in his writing. I think he saw Darwinism being short
circuited, defeated, reversed and used as a weapon.
"The Jewish doctrine of Marxism repudiates the aristocratic principle
of Nature and substitutes for it the eternal privilege of force and
energy, numerical mass and its dead weight. Thus it denies the
individual worth of the human personality, impugns the teaching that
nationhood and race have a primary significance, and by doing this it
takes away the very foundations of human existence and human
civilization." [p60 of Mein Kampf paperback Freedonia Classics 2003]"
