[asa] Dinos on the ark

Q: Were dinosaurs on the Ark?

A: Hollywood movies, magazines and science textbooks state that
dinosaurs lived millions of years ago. So, when confronted with this
question about dinosaurs and the Ark, many Christians get that “deer
in the headlights” look. It’s hard for them to imagine dinosaurs on
Noah’s Ark. But if Christians are familiar with the book of Genesis,
it’s no puzzle at all.

God said that He made all of the land animals on Day 6 of creation,
and He did not say that it didn’t include the dinosaurs! God’s Word
says He made the first man, Adam, the same day as the land animals.
If one adds the ages of successive generations of people mentioned in
the genealogies of the Bible, Adam lived only about 6,000 years ago.
So, dinosaurs couldn’t have lived millions of years ago.

Also, Genesis 6:19–20 says that two of every sort of land animal
(seven of the “clean” animals) were brought by God to the Ark.
Therefore, dinosaurs (land animals) were represented on the Ark.

When you trust the Bible, there is no confusion. Dinosaurs were on
Noah’s Ark!
