  Perhaps no one reads them because they do not get them, I did not see this response from George in this thread.

  (Another example of the superiority of a forum format. If this was a private email, no one would confuse a private message in a forum with an email that was private in this setting. And if it was not private, there would be no problem of some people missing an email, for whatever reason, it would be posted on the forum server for all to access.)
