You mean like these prohibitions?

Deuteronomy 23:7

7 Do not abhor an Edomite, for he is your brother. Do not abhor an
Egyptian, because you lived as an alien in his country.

Exodus 22:21

21 "Do not mistreat an alien or oppress him, for you were aliens in Egypt."

Exodus 23:9

9 "Do not oppress an alien; you yourselves know how it feels to be
aliens, because you were aliens in Egypt.

Leviticus 19:33

33 " 'When an alien lives with you in your land, do not mistreat him.

Leviticus 19:34

34 The alien living with you must be treated as one of your
native-born. Love him as yourself, for you were aliens in Egypt. I am
the LORD your God.

Deuteronomy 1:16

16 And I charged your judges at that time: Hear the disputes between
your brothers and judge fairly, whether the case is between brother
Israelites or between one of them and an alien.

Deuteronomy 10:19

19 And you are to love those who are aliens, for you yourselves were
aliens in Egypt.

Contra Finkelstein, God didn't believe that the Law was upheld in Malachi:

7 "For the lips of a priest ought to preserve knowledge, and from his
mouth men should seek instruction—because he is the messenger of the
LORD Almighty. 8 But you have turned from the way and by your teaching
have caused many to stumble; you have violated the covenant with
Levi," says the LORD Almighty. 9 "So I have caused you to be despised
and humiliated before all the people, because you have not followed my
ways but have shown partiality in matters of the law."

and

5 "So I will come near to you for judgment. I will be quick to testify
against sorcerers, adulterers and perjurers, against those who defraud
laborers of their wages, who oppress the widows and the fatherless,
and ***deprive aliens of justice***, but do not fear me," says the
LORD Almighty.

Also in Malachi was the reason behind the prohibition against
intermarriage was given and it has nothing to do with evolutionary
fitness:

11 Judah has broken faith. A detestable thing has been committed in
Israel and in Jerusalem: Judah has desecrated the sanctuary the LORD
loves, by marrying the daughter of a foreign god. 12 As for the man
who does this, whoever he may be, may the LORD cut him off from the
tents of Jacob [d] —even though he brings offerings to the LORD
Almighty.

13 Another thing you do: You flood the LORD's altar with tears. You
weep and wail because he no longer pays attention to your offerings or
accepts them with pleasure from your hands. 14 You ask, "Why?" It is
because the LORD is acting as the witness between you and the wife of
your youth, because you have broken faith with her, though she is your
partner, the wife of your marriage covenant.

15 Has not the LORD made them one? In flesh and spirit they are his.
And why one? ***Because he was seeking godly offspring.*** [e] So
guard yourself in your spirit, and do not break faith with the wife of
your youth.

Paul picks up this here in 1 Cor. 7:

14For the unbelieving husband has been sanctified through his wife,
and the unbelieving wife has been sanctified through her believing
husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but as it is, they
are holy.

Belief in either the wife or husband sanctifies the children and not
some strange Biblical eugenics program.
