Paper on Flood theories seeks criticism

I have a paper on local flood theories for which I would like criticism, correction and suggestion from anyone on the list. It is 12 single-spaced pages long with 5 pages of endnotes. Most of it has to do with the Mesopotamian flood, especially the one dated c. 2900 BC. I can send it to interested folks via email.
