Pim van Meurs, I believe and hope within fifty years todays Democratic Party goes the way of the American Whig Party of the 1850's. Doing so for the same reasons they did: obsolescencee.
I'll add one more and leave my disdain for Democrats, both leaders and the constituency, in the forget about it box.
After 9/11, and I "live" in New York City, how does a leader of a major political party not take a push back stance towards the Islamics that are perceived responsible? Over fifty percent of Americans (Democrats) voted for anti-war Kerry. Fifty percent of americans have this suicidal tendency, maybe it's the natural homosexual tendency to let people do things to you if it feels good, maybe they smoke dope too much and are unnaturally pacifistic to threats, or they have thebehavior similar to smoking cigarettes even though one knows it is harmful, injurious.
Look at some of these videos from < http://protestwarrior.com/ > to get a glimpse of what is not being addressed by the Democratic party leaders. Addressed to bring tomorrows constituency to the more noble.
I believe todays Democratic Party could not bring the brainpower together to organize a group of people to protect this nation. They want to hand out indictments to terrorists, talk to these guys, basically reach out and help them instead of going over there and find out who is responsible and killing them. Iran wants a nuclear bomb. A Republican administration at the present time has Iran surrounded with for the most part US military forces. Whatever our leaders are up to in the future in regards to Iran I cannot be specific but I think they saw the Iranian threat coming four or five years ago, before we took Afghanistan and Iraq down and then up. No Democratic leaders today think like this, thinking four, five even ten years down the road and then by any means necessary preserve the nation from hostile forces. Do not put a Democrat, or a group of them into any position of federal power for at least ten, fifteen years. They are dangerous.
Democrats leaders are no good.
