Who thought up the idea of "natural evil"? This is simply another
oxymoron like jumbo shrimp or creation science! There is nothing
inherently evil in God's "good creation." Nature is material, evil is
spiritual. Nature derives from Providence. Life involves suffering and
death. It comes as a package deal. You can't have life in any form
without death. Live with it. Or die with it, if you prefer.
 
True evil emanates from a spiritual entity - Satan. Man falls under the
influence and commits evil. Nature cannot will against God. Only man
can do that.
 
So let's call natural calamities what they are - "natural calamities."
Get in the way, you may die. So what? You'll die anyway. That's only
natural.
