Chirs Mooney is a vociferous atheist. I met him last April at Dover High
School, when we both heard Behe speak. Mooney probably thinks it's
theocracy, if someone puts a sign up on their lawn promoting a Republican
candidate in God's name. It might be over the top, but I hardly call that
theocracy. Likewise, he probably thinks it's theocracy when religious
influences on government prevent the passage of laws (say) promoting
gambling or prostitution.
