I think Rosetti was already referring to the second coming anyway...

Instead of quoting " .. when he comes to reign" out of context, as Janice
has done apparently to make a dig at someone, if you look at the previous
line:

Heaven and earth shall flee away
when He comes to reign,

it appears that the meaning is pretty clear. New heaven and new earth etc.

Mery Christmas, Janice. May the next year be one where you are less tempted
to heckle and more inclined to listen.
