Not sure exactly how you are defining spirit, or perhaps you mean that
Jesus was not exclusively a spirit. The Gospels portray the
resurrected Jesus as having both flesh and spirit.

Luke 24 says Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit (pneuma) hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.
Jesus 'appeared' to lots of people in 1 Corinthians 15.
The man of Macedonia 'appeared' (identical word) to Paul in Acts 16:9.
I wonder if people from Macedonia would have shown up on the primitive camcorders of 2,000 years ago?
