Interesting. I have had octopus salad in Puerto Rico, and the octopus was at
least chewable, if not tender. Probably a difference in the preparation. In any
case I found it quite enjoyable. Oh, the Pegasus restaurant in Greektown
(Detroit) serves an excellent octopus plate, and again the octopus is tender
and quite tasty. I suspect they cook it in a pressure cooker.
