If I am not mistaken, Roy Clouser was thinking about the issues of a theistic science. His work, "The Myth of Neutrality" was the topic of a seminar at a local church in Wilmington, DE over ten year ago. Although he had lots of philosophical ideas as a foundation, I recall a lack of down and dirty details of how it would make any difference in practice.
Can anyone fill in more details ?
