Right - I misspoke. What I meant was that death before the fall of humanity
could be explained in terms of the catastrophe brought about by the revolt
of Satan, or some such thing. Frankly such explanations have never
impressed me enough to explore such scenarios in any detail so am open to
any amount of correction with regard to them.
