Wow! This is the kind of thing we should be opposing! It would be nice if
the Christian activists groups were more focused on *specifics* of
anti-theism such as this.

I wonder if Levine and Miller define "philosophical materialism" for their
audience? I wonder why their editors would let this inflammatory and
incorrect tidbit pass?

It's unfortunate that so many folks, including those in educational
leadership, are misinformed or uninformed of the basic issues; e.g., it's
not Creation vs. Evolution but rather Ontological vs, Methodological
naturalism. Apparently both extremes, who feel they must defend their
position at all costs, are to blame; the Christian Fundamentalist and the
Militant Atheist.
