If we follow your reasoning, then any scientific deduction is suspect.
What point would there be in doing science at all?
The same scientific laws that point to a universe much older than 6000
years and that you ascribe to Satan also tell us that the universe had a
beginning, that the Dead Sea Scrolls date from the first century, and that
the tunnel under the Temple dates to Hezekiah's time. How did Satan slip
up and let this happen?
The Lord Himself in Scripture encourages us to study nature, i.e. do
science, so that we can know the truth about His attributes. (Rom. 1:20,
Psalm 19:1, and other references)
