Has anybody heard that Bob Bakker is a "Pentecostal preacher and I still teach Old Testament." I have never heard any comments by him regarding religious issues or the Creation/Evolution debate. Check this site for a short interview. He maintains his folksy style, but makes several very good points regarding ignorance of church history regarding Genesis from Augustine thru the 19th century. He points the finger at both secularists and Christians ourselves. Am I reading this wrong, is it out of date ?
