    Sorry -- I should have mentioned that the list is taken from the last ICR
    Acts & Facts cover letter -- all on the list are on the ICR "Technical
    Advisory Board."

    Your last point is interesting. How many persons reading the list will
    "reflect on it?" As opposed to those who would naturally, seeing the
    "Ph.Ds," be impressed? I suggest that the ratio would be a very small
    fraction.
