I stumbled on what looks like a very effective refutation of ICR's RATE
    project today. See the link

    http://www.talkorigins.org/faqs/c14.html

Like most science, what the essay suggests is that while the puzzle
cannot yet be considered solved, there are several naturalistic
explanations which appear highly possible for the phenomenon. To claim
"goddidit" as ICR does, without any mention of these other
possibilities, is, IMHO, misleading, unprofessional and unChristian.

The essay is from last year; ICR's claim was last month.
