Neither fusion nor fission can be used directly for transportation unless we want to
depend entirely on electric RRs & trolley cars. H2 could replace fossil fuels for this
purpose IF (& of course this is a hude IF which embodies all the problems Glenn notes)
we have sufficient power from other sources to get the H2.
