--Among sequences that the filter gives a non-design inference for. You are
not following simple logic here. There are only four logically possible
readouts from the filter concerning the design of any sequence-- you are
only considering two of the readouts and claiming that the filter can't do
anything. Once you consider all four readouts, you'll have something to
talk about. Your back door is irrelevant both to any true positive readout
the filter can give and also biology. No one is using the filter to claim
biological sequences aren't designed, no one thinks that you need vignerette
codes to decipher them.
